We are located at 230 Suite A East Betteravia in Santa Maria, California right on the beautiful Central Coast.  We are in the Ross parking lot and across from Target.  You can reach us at (805) 922-0305.   Dr. Vale opened the office in 1984 and since then we have been committed to providing the best possible care and services, both in the office and on this website.
